Painting a Hair Raiser in Sydney Australia

Baynum Painting’s team is known for going above and beyond for their customers, so when the good folks at Larson International contacted us with an opportunity to repaint one of their 40 meter tall Super Shot Drop Towers, we were all for it! No one has painted as many amusement park ride towers as Baynum Painting, so this would be no problem. “Which park is it at?” we asked… (Here’s a hint, look just above at the top left of their ferris wheel)
So now a short time later our crew is working on the ride known as Hair Raiser, located in Sydney Australia’s Luna Park. This beautiful park sits on the Sydney Harbor, right across from the famed Opera House. What a gorgeous view from the top!
The Hair Raiser’s peak is only accessible by rigging our Spider Staging suspended scaffolding, the likes of which Baynum Painting’s team has logged tens of thousands of hours working from over the years. Seen here is the crew applying a full prime coat of PPG’s Amerlock 2 Epoxy, to be followed by their ultra durable Amershield polyurethane finish in a beautiful new deep blue color, sure to look spectacular once complete.

Texas Star- America’s largest Ferris Wheel

Texas Star, the most popular ride at the State Fair of Texas looks brand new. North America’s largest ferris wheel got a fresh coat of paint. Baynum Painting had a ‘wheely’ fun time painting this 20 stories high ride!
Jaguar- Painted at Night

Jaguar at Knotts Berry Farm got a complete color makeover while guests still enjoyed it during the day! Painting at night has it’s own set of challenges but Baynum Painting has the experience to do it with ease.
Indiana Beach Looks Great for it’s 90th Season

Indiana Beach in Monticello, Indiana has been hard at work spiffing things up for their upcoming 90th season. Baynum Painting’s team lent a helping hand by giving several of their water rides bright new finishes inside and out. It’s going to be a great summer!

Painting the Whirling Wonder – Morgan’s Wonderland

Baynum Painting recently had the privilege to work along with our friends at Ride Entertainment Group to refurbish the awesome new Whirling Wonder Ferris Wheel at Morgan’s Wonderland – the World’s First Ultra Accessible Theme Park. Whirling Wonder is a 5 & 1/2 story high ride, featuring wheel-chair accessible gondolas so all park guests can enjoy! We absolutely love this beautiful park, located in Austin Texas. Be sure to check it out, they’re opening for the 2016 season this weekend! 
Indoor Water Park Painting @kalahariresorts

Painting at indoor water parks is a unique and challenging experience but it’s nothing Baynum Painting can’t handle with a team skilled in climbing and rigging experience.
